Sunday Panel: Pathways and Networks in Early-Career Catalysis Research

Moderated by J. Will Medlin (Univ. Colorado Boulder) and Alyssa Hensley (Stevens Inst. of Technology)

The panel will feature senior members of the catalysis community who will discuss the unique characteristics of catalysis as a research field and the related implications for early-career development. The wide-ranging discussion will focus on strategies for selecting research topics, engaging in collaborations, and disseminating results, among other subjects. The conversation will be enriched by questions from the audience.

The panel is open to all registered NAM28 participants. There is no fee. The panel will be held in the ballroom at the Rhode Island Convention Center between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
