Registration
Badge pick-up and conference registration will be at the Rhode Island Convention Center on the 5th Floor in the West Foyer. Participants are required to wear the official conference badge during all conference and social functions.

Opening Reception
The opening reception will be hosted on Sunday, June 18th from 5:30PM – 10:00PM. The reception will start at the Rhode Island Convention Center on the 5th floor in the Ballroom Foyer at 5:30 PM, followed at 8:00 PM by WaterFire Providence– one of the premier spectacles of Providence.

Closing Reception & Banquet
The reception and closing banquet will be held on Thursday, June 22nd at the Rhode Island Convention Center on the 5th floor. The reception will be from 7:00PM – 7:30PM in the Ballroom Foyer and dinner will be in the Ballroom from 7:30PM – 10:00PM.
Social Events
If you purchased social event tickets, a separate email will be sent with your materials and additional details.

Conference Dress Code
The dress code for all program events is business casual. The summer months are warm in Rhode Island, but the conference center and evenings may be chilly. Be sure to pack layers.
